The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 Value IndexTM composed of large-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit value characteristics. The index measures the performance of the large-capitalization value sector of the U.S. equity market. This ETF is linked to the S&P 500/Citigroup Value Index, which offers exposure to large-cap companies that exhibit value characteristics within the U.S. equity market.
